Role Overview

The successful candidate will support the Head of Brokerage & Trade Management and be responsible for the delivery of Business As Usual (BAU) activities, developing Subject Matter Expertise, Service coverage will include:

-Front to back BAU stewardship responsibilities in brokerage agreement and operational data management, ensuring the maintenance in integrity of client operational data and brokerage agreements.

Role Responsibilities:

· Execution of Client and Operational Data and front to back brokerage agreement for all TP ICAP APAC client’s stewardship responsibilities on a daily basis

• Maintaining high quality, clean data by adhering to a strict governance and controls framework
• Provide business brokerage analysis reports for brokerage rate negotiation with customers.
• Liaise closely with the front office and back office to provide accurate rates and product list for all the brokerage agreements.
• Work closely with front and back stakeholders on all matters related to brokerage and client data, including brokerage investigation to resolve any debt collection issues.

The Senior Compliance Executive will conduct reviews, client surveys, and investigations, ensuring all necessary documentation and standards are met. You will also perform trend analysis, prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, and help improve compliance processes.


Skills and experience required
At least 3 years of compliance experience ideally in the insurance/financial advisory business, and/or from the Singapore Police Force's Commercial Affairs Department, with a focus on financial crime. In order to succeed, you should be familiar with the FAA requirements, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
