Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Foster strong relationships with shipowners, operators, and charterers to build long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the smooth execution of vessel clearance, documentation, and related port services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Arrange logistics and welfare support for crew members, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet clients' specific requirements.
- Monitor service standards and prepare reports to evaluate operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, legal regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client servicing, maritime operations, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s maritime regulations and port operations is a plus.
