Our client is a boutique, global PR and Communications agency specialising in B2B Financial and Fintech Communications with some fantastic regional projects for amazing clients! They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their Singapore team. The Senior AE will be responsible for working with a portfolio of clients with a hands on approach. Those with more experience will be considered for an SAM role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of client relationships and work collaboratively with the team
• Involved in day to day client relationships and providing advice to clients
• Hands on approach on campaigns including drafting and overseeing press releases, Q&As and key documents to a high standard
• Developing and actioning social media plans
• Ensuring timelines are met
• Managing relationships with journalists, vendors and industry opinion leaders.
• Identifying client objectives and which channels are best to achieve their goals
• Stay current on industry trends and developments, particularly within arts and culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Monitoring progress of projects and campaigns

Requirements:

• 4+ years of PR and Comms experience
• PR and Communications agency experience is ideal but not essential
• An interest or passion in art and culture is essential
• Experience in B2B Corporate communciations is preferred, especially topics such as Finance and Fintech
• Strong network within regional media, ideally with B2B trade media
• Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to be hands on across advising clients and executing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Project Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday-Saturday 10.30am-7pm; If work night shift next day will come late hours

Working Location: Site (Islandwide)

Office: Ang Mo Kio

Salary: $2,500-$3,500

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
• Familiar with building plans submission procedures and approvals
• With valid class 3 license will be an advantage

Job Scope:

• Able to manage projects independently
• Oversee project operations and liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers on project matters
• Ensure that project works are completed with respect to the scheduled dates
• Cost and quality control of projects
• Ensure that construction teams and sub-contractors adopt all necessary measures and comply with safety, environmental and other relevant legislation and requirements in the contract
