The global Meta for Business Web Team runs the largest scaled channels which helps support businesses of all sizes. Our team develops innovative and transformative customer-centric web and digital experiences for Meta for Business, Reach the World on Facebook, and the entire Family of Apps and Services including Instagram Business, WhatsApp Business, Messenger Business, and more. We are seeking a Web Manager to focus on driving the experiences for our international audiences, including Businesses, Agencies, and Resellers.
The Web Manager will build and drive performance and optimization of Meta marketing websites and local social channels, with a focus in the Greater China Region. This individual will partner with global marketers, data analysts, creatives, and engineering teams to deliver powerful data-driven insights to drive awareness, engagement, satisfaction, and conversion across our marketing websites. This role will work collaboratively to identify opportunities and solutions that support business goals and move our internal partners’ objectives forward in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities
- Drive, build, and optimize efforts across our dedicated B2B web surfaces and social channels.
- Focus on building new capabilities in a roadmap for content, functionality, and experiences across platforms.
- Lead the execution of B2B focused web and social channel initiatives (features/functionality, content, experiences) based on business needs, key performance indicators, data, insights, trends, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables and lead project execution.
- Act as key liaison to web development, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure website requirements are represented and supported, and become proficient in Meta web technologies.
- Trusted partner and consensus builder with other teams, helping them translate business requirements into customer-centric web experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in website management including a proven track record of success driving business impact on a global scale through web experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in understanding the technical aspects of running a website, including hosting, analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, platform tools, localization, and budgeting.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams of designers, UX, developers, and content creators to craft compelling B2B web experiences.
- Highly effective collaborator within matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated experience to inspire teams and vendor partners to drive cross-functional projects to success with minimal guidance.
- Experience with communicating technical details across teams, locations, and organizations, including leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Experience using WeChat (Official Account, Mini-program) to craft and optimize B2B user journeys with understanding of current China digital trends.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required as the role manages communications with stakeholders/partners in a location where communications are generally made in Mandarin
