Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. This is an IT Lead Business Analyst for FX Risk technology; you will be a part of the FX Risk application team. The team is responsible for the strategic development of the RACr application, Citi’s core platform for real-time derivatives pricing, risk management, and data analytics.

FX Risk Business Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and clear way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
• Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple teams and other units to meet organizational objectives.
