• Able to perform shift work and work on weekends and public holidays

• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician
• Good understanding of computer system mobile devices, mobile applications and other tech products
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge in network system security
• Liaise with vendors on new IT purchase and implementation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Duties and responsibilities

• Supervise and support the installation team on the commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment and rectification works as well as to provide continual technical support to customers.
• Perform testing, configuration and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom and other Security & Communication Systems.
• Project management and documentation

Requirement

• Minimum of 5 year’s industry experience working within security installations, servicing, or design.

• Relevant degree or Certifications in Electronic Engineering.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of networking (e.g. Cisco, TCP/IP, routing, switching)

· Liaising with main contractor, consultant and owner for project requirement

· In charge of material submission, design review and progress claim

· Plan for site work installation, worker deployment and material requisition

· Monitor cost estimating, developing a budget and resource planning

· Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

· Working with vendors in controlling cost and quality of products

Education, Qualifications and Experience

· ITE or Diploma

· Experience in project management would be of added advantage
