Event Management

Staff will be assigned to oversee at least one of the following duties and will provide assistance to the other staff when required:

Camp, Festive Celebrations, Sports Events, First Aid & Medicare, Evacuation & Emergency Planning Team, Transport Duties, Staff Welfare and others

• Organise internal/external events and activities for trainees
• Support volunteer engagement events
• Support public education activities
• Support MINDS events at organisation level

Job Scope:

-Handling of customers complaints and issues
-Provide quotations for all service repair works
-Monitor the progress of repair/service and keep customers updated on the repair service issues
-Liaise with Service operation/technicians for all repair/customer service issues
-Liaise with suppliers for parts purchases and assist in inventory of spare parts
-Assist Operation Manager in all service related matters, including the planning and allocation of service resources
-Coordinate with customers for technical issues to meet customer technical requirements
-Administer all documentation pertaining to costing, repair quotation and vehicle history files
-Assist customers in checking-in and out of their vehicles from the workshop
-Attend to phone calls and drive-ins to address any customer concern
-Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

*GCE 'O' or 'N' Levels / NITEC in Automotive Technology
* At least 2 years of customer service experience preferrably in the automotive industry
* Strong inclination to achieve customer satisfaction through delivering excellent service
* Excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with multiple stakeholders to derive solutions for customer issues
*Possess Class 3 or 3A driving license.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willing to work on Saturdays and sunday and off on weekday

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Submit Trip form to superior on daily basis

· Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately

· Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible

· Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management

· Maintain Prime Mover in good working condition

· Comply with all LTA and in-house regulations and rules

· Ensure proper documentation

· Responsible for vehicles’ cleaning and maintenance

· At least 7 years driving experience

· Overtime required when necessary

· Good driving record

· Willing to work overtime and on flexible working hours

· High sense of punctuality, responsibility, politeness and no other bad habits
