• Keep track of consumables / stock / tools / equipment and do checks regularly.
• Maintain proper filing of documentation and recording of sales / purchases of all materials / manpower used for different projects and service jobs.
• Assist in HR / accounts duties and familiar with MOM regulations and Work Pass matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least "O" Level or equivalent
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good interpersonal skills, self-driven, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal team members and external customers effectively
• Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office such as MS Excel & Word

• Assist the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping ingredients
• Deep fried or stir fried dishes
• Wash and store all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Location & Working hours:

• Yishun (Near NorthPoint), 12pm to 10pm daily
