Job Descriptions:

· Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / Maintenance & Electrical Works.

· To lead a team of supervisors & workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement.

· Liaise and hold meetings with clients, managing agent & sub-contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.

· Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management.

· Able to handle feedback from client positively and close the loop via email

· Able to write incident report upon collecting ground information.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Mechanical & Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), project & facilities management, building services engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.

· Diploma holders with relevant facilities management, M&E experience are also welcome to apply.

· Good knowledge of M&E coordination.

· Electrical and ACMV design capability would be an added advantage.

· Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently.

· Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task.

· At least 2 year(s) of local working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of accounting and financial reports in compliance with financial policy to maintain good internal control system and operational processes for audit.
• Handle high volume of AR/AP transactions.
• Billings, payments processing and data entry using ERP to record transactions relating to Sales, Purchases, Receivables, Payables, and Cash in a timely manner.
• Monitor bank daily transaction and record the transaction based on its nature of transactions.
• Monitor and maintain cash flow by ensuring cash collection and cash expenditure on schedule.
• Intercompany billing and reconciliation.
• Prepare accounting schedules for audit purpose.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA.
• At least 3 years' accounting experience prefer in hire purchase sector.
• Experience in handling hire purchase and block discounting will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to meet tight deadline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, keen learner.
• Responsible, initiative, can work independent as well as in a team.
