Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis to optimize costs and improve efficiency, overseeing accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements, and offering insights to guide business decisions. The Finance Manager collaborates with senior management on strategic planning, evaluates financial risks, and drives process improvements. Additionally, the role includes leading the finance team, ensuring tax compliance, maintaining internal controls, and managing relationships with auditors and financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 5 years in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry or a similar sector is a plus.

This role involves managing sales activities across healthcare institutions, clinics, and retail pharmacies, with a focus on maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts while exploring new business opportunities in the designated area. The individual will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying potential clients, developing market segments, generating leads, and promoting the company’s products. Building strong rapport with stakeholders and monitoring competitors to gather relevant market information are also key aspects of the position.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or 'A' level
• Basic knowledge in medical products is an added advantage
• 2 years sales experience in medical industry selling medical equipment
• Class 3 license with own mode of transport preferred

Respond to catering enquiries (via telephone / email / online catering portals)

Prepare & disseminate sales invoices, delivery orders, work orders to relevant departments

Manage calendar of catering orders

Manage & maintain document templates

Consistent follow-up;

Consolidate returned invoices, delivery orders

Follow up on payments

Effective communication;

Liaise with clients, team members

Manage appointments with suppliers & external service providers

Coordinate closely with Operations & Accounts

Miscellaneous; Receive, sign for, ensure proper storage of received goods

Other duties as may be assigned
