Job Description

• Responsible for the day to day management and development of the retail pharmacy business to ensure that it meets the financial and operational KPIs set for the business incl.
• Growing sales and the footprint
• Driving operational excellence
• Continuously improving the value proposition of the community pharmacy etc.
• Set the company’s overall health and beauty (HABA) growth plan incl.
• Identifying new product trends and opportunities
• Working with suppliers, the merchandising team and other channel General Managers to drive HABA product sales across different retail formats etc.
• Drive the development and implementation of the strategy to increase the company’s mindshare and market share in wellness incl. driving the branding and marketing efforts, developing new products and services, test piloting new retail models/ formats online and offline

2. Night Shift Operations:Perform general work tasks during the night shift, contributing to a seamless workflow.

3. Customer Engagement:Listen to customer needs and assist them in finding the perfect products.
Build and constantly enhance product knowledge, delivering information in engaging ways.

4. Visual Merchandising:Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths to attract customer attention.

5. Presentations and Demonstrations:Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.

6. Relationship Building:Engage in meaningful interactions, fostering good relationships with customers.

7. Sampling and Feedback:Distribute product samples and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

8. Customer Follow-up:Follow up with customers, offering guidance on product selection and ensuring satisfaction.

9. Sales Targets:Meet daily sales targets and submit comprehensive sales reports.

10. Networking and Business Development:Network with relevant stakeholders and actively search for new business opportunities.

Night Shift Commitment:Must be available to work during the night shift.
