Purpose of the Role

The Program Office Associate is responsible for supporting the Program Office on business management and to monitor status of projects/initiatives, collate information and assist in report preparation, and providing updates to management. Job Description:

• Facilitate all software modifications and upgrades as part of the software maintenance to upkeep smooth operations of the system.
• Prepare and review SUCOs / SARs (Access request approval) before obtaining approval from customer
