The Internship

You will be part of the Investment team based in Singapore, assigned to cover either the life sciences or planetary health sector, and will be immersed in the investment process. Your core tasks will include:

• Contributing to financial analysis of potential investment cases through valuation models
• Helping to shape investment themes through primary and secondary industry research
• Conducting industry research on potential investments and the markets they operate in
• Collecting, structuring, and efficiently communicating information on potential or existing investments

Professional & Personal Qualifications

We are looking for candidates currently enrolled in either a Bachelor's or Master's program, with strong academic results and have prior relevant internship experience at a Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Financial Services company. You have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, along with proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint.

You thrive in a challenging entrepreneurial environment and have a keen interest in the sustainable development ecosystem as well as technology. You are passionate and highly motivated to learn about investments and portfolio management and can grasp new ideas and concepts quickly.

About the Role

About the Role

Project Coordinators are based in each of our scientific divisions and support with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and scientific tasks. Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma in Pre-School (Teaching) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education-Teaching (DECCE-T), Diploma in Education (Special Needs)
• ACEY/L1/L2certified
• Good command of spoken and written English language, Chinese language and Japanese language for pre-school teaching
• Must possess at least 5 GCE 'O' level credits including English Language (B4) as a First Language
• Minimum 1-year childcare/pre-school teaching experience in Singapore
• Microsoft Office Application (eg Word, PowerPoint, etc)
• Able to commence work immediately
• Singapore Citizen

The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. This is a somewhat autonomous role, where you need to be comfortable with making front line decisions and putting forward recommendations to improve process efficiencies to ensure the highest quality of service resulting in the achievement of the monthly sales targets.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this role is a permanent role where hours are standard business hours, on site in our Singapore Office.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customers’ needs and position our product/ offering accordingly
• Achieve allocated monthly sales target
• Present product information and demonstrate how the product works
• Communicate and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe CardioScan services utilizing effective selling skills
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Keep detailed records of all local customer contacts
• Manage account information and buying trends
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Plan work schedules with weekly and monthly timetables for the assigned territory
• Prepare and submit weekly updates and monthly sales reports

About you

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a medical sales representative/cabin crew or similar role
• Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with company expansion plans
• Be a self-motivated, pleasant individual with a strong customer service focus

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing required materials, services and suppliers in both domestic and international markets. You will play a critical role in managing procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Source for required materials, services, and suppliers in the domestic and international market.
• Understand purchase requirements and source accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and engage with global prospective suppliers to foster beneficial relationships.
• Understand market trends and seek to improve cost efficiency.
• Perform daily procurement activities such as RFQ/RFP, negotiation of commercial terms, quotations evaluations and recommendations.
• Coordinate procurement related matters with requestors and vendors.
• Prepare and conduct tender process.
• Propose new vendors and evaluate existing vendors.
• Contracts management.
• Working with legal counsel to review and prepare contractual documents.
• Address procurement related queries from internal management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Procurement Department within the Construction, Data Centre, or Network industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive team player who can work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
• Capable of working independently with strong negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses excellent problem-solving abilities. Excellent team member, proactive in managing issues and possess sense of responsibility and ownership in his/her work and results.

Job Responsibilities

• To be responsible for Centre’s cleaning and cooking.
• To sweep, mop and vacuum whole Centre in the morning and afternoon.
• To wipe Centre’s glass door.
• To wash Centre’s toilets twice a day.
• To maintain Centre’s cleanliness – disinfect all tabletop, glass door, door handles, all kind of handles, games, toys, etc.
• To buy & prepare refreshment for all the sessions (morning and afternoon sessions).
• And any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess Certificate in Food Safety & Hygiene.
• Enjoy working in an elderly environment.
• 5 days work week (Monday-Friday), 8.30am – 5.30pm

Notes:

• Simple Cooking/Preparing for 2 tea breaks : macaroni, sandwiches, oven toasted prata, noodles, porridge, etc.
• No of pax: 20-50 including staff who will sit with clients to eat.
