We are looking for an Audiologist Product Trainer to coordinate sales/product training, manage product launches, provide technical support, and build strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the audiology industry.

What you will do

• Coordinate with Country Sales Manager to provide sales/product training support for customers and dealers
• Lead and manage product launches and workshops
• Schedule regular online training and product updates with customers' trainers/audiologists
• Develop training materials for non-traditional markets and deliver basic audiology training/refresher courses
• Build in-depth product knowledge for WSA products and offer strong technical support to internal and external stakeholders
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving revenue growth through upselling.

- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing counsel to management and the board on corporate governance, ensuring adherence to listing requirements and subsidiary regulations, and monitoring evolving regulatory standards to align company practices.
• Developing and implementing enhancements to corporate secretarial policies, procedures, and processes to support business and regulatory developments.

Job Requirements:

• Chartered Secretary qualification (ICSA or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Law.
• 10+ years of corporate secretarial experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a listed company. Hospitality/service sector experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Companies Act 1967 and SGX Listing Rules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint); experience with entity management systems (e.g., Quantios/Viewpoint, Diligent) preferred.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of Tender and follow up with tender clarifications and interview.
• Preliminary cost estimation
• Source quotation, liaise and negotiate with Subcontractors.
• Preparation and resolution of progress claims, variation orders and final accounts to Client.
• Evaluation and certification of Subcontractors’ progress claims, variation orders and final account.
• Attend site meetings to capture all variation claims, preparation of interim valuations and potential variation works.
• Liaise with Client, Consultants & Subcontractors on all contractual issues.
• Preparing contract documents, working with quantities, taking off measurement, providing cost estimation.
• To work closely with Head of Department on negotiation of price and commercial terms with Subcontractors, including of awarding Subcontract Agreement.
• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure all the cost is aligned.
• Prepare monthly/ weekly QS report.
• Prepare project cash flow statement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work under pressure with high initiative.

• Updatig of cashbook and timely posting to the Genral Ledger
• Assist in the monthly closing of accounts includig preparation of accounting journals and quarterly GST filing
• Handle general office administration matters
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

• Organising and managing project teams, including hiring contractors as needed to complete specific tasks
• Ensuring that all costs are wihin budget and working with team members to identify opoortunities for cost savings
• Communicating with clients throughtout the project to ensure they are satisfied with progress and updates
• Developing and implementing project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and that tasks are completed on time
• Evaluating project risks and making recommendations for mitigration of identified risks
• Providing regular progress report to clients on the status of projects
• Managing teh day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in teh project
• Ensuring that all project documentation is completed according to company standards and laws
