• At least 5-7 years of work experience in Assembly & Test and Post Wafer Fab (PwF) Process & Equipment Engineering or similar operations functions, good knowledge in High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) production is preferred
• Familiar with Composite Metro solution development, systems and solutions for high volume and high mix production environment
• Good interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups

Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Planning Manager to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants
• Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project
• Resolve all site architectural issues (eg drawings discrepancies, method statements, or correspondences) and implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity, using BIM software or equivalent.
• Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work to alleviate conflicts, dispute, and abortive work
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve a quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation in accordance to Master Programme
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings for Contract/Procurement management
• Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure a smooth transition of works
• Inspect, resolve and monitor rectifications for in-progress work
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update the status of shop drawings, samples, mock-up, and materials as well as supervise work progress
• Liaise closely with the client, consultants, and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspection of installed works
• Preparations and coordination on QM/ CONQUAS Assessments
• Compilations and handing-over of Architectural documentation including As-built drawing submissions

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree / Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent
• Minimum 4-5years experience, preferably with CONQUAS/QM experience on PPVC or PBU projects
• Understand the specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of works
• Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies
• Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities (i.e. BCA)
• Good team player
• Completed QM project and a registered Core-trade Foremen/ Supervisor would be an added advantage

Job Description:

• Planning of hardware (control panel, wiring diagrams)
• Developing and documentation of the software
• Commissioning of equipment Asia Pacific (a high travel readiness is required).
• Be responsible for the complete electrical field of the projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in electrical engineering
• At least 1 year of experience with Siemens PLC S7, TIA PORTAL V15
• Knowledge of E-Plan and HMI programming is an advantage

Contract Period:

• From 8 Jan 2025 to 30 June 2026 (18 Months)

Deployment:

Mon to Thurs: 7.30 am to 4.00 pm

Fri: 7.30 am to 1.00 pm

Every alternative weeks have Fri off(HBL day).

Scope of Works:

1. Provide pleasant and attentive services to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. parents, students etc with their enquiries and requests.
2. Provide timely, accurate and clear communication – both written and verbal – to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide required information for inquiries.
3. Attend to sick or injured students who report to the General Office (GO), and notify relevant staff as well as maintain records of sick bay usage
4. Support the GO staff with administration and operational matters, e.g. organise and sort mails, receive deliveries, assist with recording students’ late coming, checking the completeness of forms submitted to the GO.
5. Keep proper records of keys and lockers issued.
6. Complete other role-related duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Admin Executive.
