Position Duties

The successful candidate will report to the Portfolio Team Manager and the Corporate Secretary Managers. You will be involved in the full-spectrum of corporate secretarial work. This includes:

• Incorporating new companies (private limited, sole proprietorship etc.)
• Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing companies
• Preparation and drafting of statutory documents (e.g. AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.)
• Other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Manager(s)
• Maintaining minutes books and updating records in registers
• Monitoring statutory deadlines

Performance Standards

• Diploma/Degree Holder in the fields of Business Studies/ Law/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Member of SAICSA and/or ACCA/ISCA would be a plus
• Customer centric, a passion for customer excellence
• Willing to be hands-on as and when required
• Willing to work as named secretary for our clients
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act
• Willing to train juniors
• Minimum 4-6 years of work related experience gained in reputable corporate services firms and/or in-house corporate secretarial teams
• Possessing high degree of professionalism and responsibility
• Ability to tackle challenges and meet tight deadlines
• Highly motivated, working independently, eager to learn and keen desire to contribute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work along with the development teams to onboard the Project onto AWS Platform
• Guiding the continuous integration, continuous deployment, continuous testing & continuous monitoring
• Work closely with the development team and operation team to ensure project delivery and maintain compliance standards.
• Set up, deploy, and maintain scalable, high-availability systems.
• Perform and automate provisioning and security hardening of systems.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD, automated testing, development, and delivery environments.
• Writing scripts/programs for service monitoring and health checks of systems
• Day-to-day monitoring, backup, deployment, and maintenance of systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in information engineering, information management or computer science
• Minimum 3 years in the software development industry or server infrastructure setup
• At least 1-year of experience working closely with infrastructure, Experience in Linux, Windows
• Network troubleshooting is a plus.
• Good hands-on experience in using AWS Cloud
• Experience with IAC / config management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet etc.)
• Good understanding of hardware infrastructure systems (network switches, firewalls, router etc.) and Linux operating system
• Good understanding of DevOps Principles and practices
• Experience with cloud orchestration, configuration management and auto-scaling techniques
• Experience on building and developing CI/CD pipeline and workflow.
• Cloud & DevOps Certifications e.g., AWS Solution Architect, DevOps is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design power supply hardware (and/or embedded firmware) for various switching mode power converters (PFC, Flyback, Forward, Buck, Boost, Resonant topologies including LLC, series resonant, and Synchronous Rectification), ranging from 1,000W to 22,000W, for on-board/off-board charger.
• Theoretical analysis of concepts (calculation and simulation).
• Practical and detailed evaluation of all types of power circuits.
• Enhance and improve circuit performances such as Efficiency and Reliability.
• System design with creation 2D models and design 3D together with ME team.
• Schematic creation and PCB design support.
• As project key person to start from concept to mass production stage.
• Implement design for manufacturing and design for automation. DFx.
• Patent and technology creation, defining new power requirements.

Key Requirements:

• BSc, MSc, PhD, or researcher with Min. 3 years’ experience.
• Experience with EV chargers and onboard chargers (OBC) is a plus.
• Familiar with power measurement equipment.
• With solid technical know-how on the transformer, power Mosfet, PWM controller, and synchronous rectifier circuits.
• Understand the application of PID controllers and control loop analysis.
• Knowledge of EMC/IEC/UL/EN standards.
• Experience in schematic and PCB layout designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES

• Sweeping and mopping of offices, rooms (doctor’s room, dental room, classroom etc), common areas, staircases and external compound including drains and bin centers.
• Dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, glass panels, doors, windows, external surfaces of cupboards, shelves and fitments.
• Washing of toilets and sinks, refilling soap dispensers and toilet rolls.
• Emptying and washing waste bins at the common areas and transporting waste to the bin centre.
• Assist in logistical setup for events at the Home.
• Update Job Record Card upon completion of jobs.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Managing the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers.
• Liase with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
• Participate in technical meetings and site meetings.
• To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors
• On-site supervision of work progress
