Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Assist Contract manager in conducting Cost estimates, cost planning, and cost management.
* Prepare contracts and documents.
* Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement
* Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation
* Assist in billings
* Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost-benefit analysis
* Perform variation order
* To verify subcontractors’ / suppliers’ monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.
* Handle all contract matters
* Coordinate with the Client's consultant in any project matters
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying
* 5 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor in HDB A&A project
* Experience in HDB projects will be an added advantage
* Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills
* Able to commence work with short notice
