Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Listen to clients’ preferences, analyze their facial features, and recommend suitable hairstyles.
• Hair Styling Services: Shampoo, cut, color, highlight, and style hair according to client requests.
• Hair Treatments: Perform scalp treatments, hair masks, and other hair care services to maintain healthy hair for clients.
• Product Knowledge & Sales: Recommend and promote suitable hair care products to clients, highlighting their benefits.
• Client Relationships: Build meaningful client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
• Salon Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest hair trends, styling techniques, and new products.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hair care techniques, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Ability to recommend and upsell hair care products with confidence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for beauty and self-care.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays, if required.
• Relevant certification in hairdressing or cosmetology is a plus.
