Responsibilities:

Learning and Development Needs

• Work with Manager and analyze data on the competencies required and gaps identified in the department for the training needs analysis based on current and future business requirements
• Oversee and manage the end to end L&D process – develop training plan, delivery methods, sourcing for training providers, gathering feedback and analysing data to measure effectiveness of learning outcomes
• Manage and monitor training budgets and grant schemes for learning programmes
• Ensure timely registration of internal or external course applications and follow up as well as notifying staff on the training details
• Coordinate and record of training activities, conduct staff orientation and evaluate training effectiveness

Performance and Talent Management

• Assist and facilitate the annual Performance Appraisal process to measure and promote good performance and career progression processes aligned with company policies.
• Manage talent reviews and succession planning processes to identify HIPO and grow the talent pool for leadership and critical roles
• Analyse talent movements and progression to improve talent retention and development
• Develop and implement high-potential talent programmes/projects and mentoring and coaching programme

Career Management

• Organization Structure, Job and Career Levels - Ensure organizational structures and spans of control are reviewed to support business strategy and people capabilities
• Design new career pathways and development roadmaps in order to meet current and future organisational development needs

Employee Engagement

• Enhance employee engagement and wellbeing
• Support execution of programmes, initiatives and survey designed to improve employee engagement and well-being workshops and programmes
• Collate employee feedback and suggestions on organisation's employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Perform any other duties or HR projects as assigned and requested by Manager

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• At least 3 years’ HR experience in Learning & Development
• Experience in using HRMS (Prosoft preferred)
• Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people internally and externally

Main Responsibilities

-Report to Brand Executive Chef

-Take charge of the kitchen and maintain complete control of the kitchen at all times and to command the respect of his or her kitchen staff

-Spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently

-Maximise the productivity of kitchen staff

-Lead, coach and develop station chefs to maximise the productivity of kitchen staff

-Develop and implement innovative food ideas/concept, new or revised menu/recipe items to increase sales

-Conduct bi-monthly stock take

-Coach the kitchen team on effectively managing costs while maintaining the recipe standards, and the cooking and preparation procedures

-Conduct routine inspection and evaluation of work station; including food presentation, quality, food hygiene , kitchen cleanliness and safety

-Ensure all location conform to product specification, policies and procedures for all supplies, ingredients purchased and all products sold

-e- Procurement for ordering supplies and update GRN

-Participate in checking of all purchased supplies for quality and account for each delivered item

-Conduct orientation, training & coach new trainees

-Handle disciplinary issues, conduct Annual review and confirmation of staff

-Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties

-Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures

PC Refresh Technician

We are looking for experienced junior and senior full-time PC refresh technicians to provide End User Computing or Deskside support to Multinational companies in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities & Requirement:

Primary

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS
• Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
• Break fix and IMAC support for end user deskside equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills for IOS and android devices.
• Handles asset and peripherals inventory management.
• Meeting room and AV equipment knowledge.
• Provide smart hands support for networks and servers
• Able to support off hours or require to perform ad hoc duties as and when needed
• Familiar with Service Desk ticketing systems and process.

Job Requirement:
