● Cold calls to prospects & sales visit;

Requirements:

● Nitec/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain

Management/Shipping or a related field;

● At least 2 years of sales experience in the

logistic industry

● Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with

mandarin speaking associates

● Prior experience with shipping sales would

be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
• Support the Head of Finance in ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Manage the collection of overdue rental payments from tenants.
• Assist in the budgeting process and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare and submit financial and regulatory reports to the head office.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of corporate governance in a listed company.
• Familiarity with the property or real estate sector.
• Experience using accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with Full Set Accounting (General Ledger, Account Receivables and Account Payables)
