The Global Sustainability specialist : Human Rights Due Diligence plays a crucial role in implementing Human rights strategies in procurement. • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry
• Assist in coordinating safety training sessions and maintaining safety records
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other necessary documentation for new hires
• Collect and verify personal and employment details from new employees
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements
• Conduct briefing sessions for new workers, highlighting the importance of onboarding procedures and company policies
• Coordinate with HR to ensure all necessary training and orientations are scheduled
• Conduct occasional visits to construction sites to provide administrative support and gather information

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Knowledge of HR processes and legal compliance

• Attend to emergency call and able to work during public holiday or weekend if required
• Willing travel to various locations for meetings and construction sites to provide administrative support
• 6 working days per week

Responsibilities:

• Define requirements and features for semiconductor equipment
• Develop concepts and architecture of new equipment
• Design mechanical systems which involve the selection and use of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps and valves.
• Produce detailed engineering drawings
• Perform design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and product requirements.
• Improve design of legacy machines
• Application of analysis tools like Fish Bone Diagram, FMEA etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment design
• Good knowledge and experience in the following areas :

1. Design of automation or semiconductor equipment
2. High precision machine design
3. Design of High Speed Pick and Place mechanisms

• Familiar with 3D CAD software
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate throughout the project cycle
• Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and communicate with all levels
• Equipment troubleshooting skills
• Ability to produce detailed Mechanical drawings and apply knowledge of
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
