• Baking Operations: Work under the guidance of senior bakers to operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough dividers to ensure accurate and efficient production of baked goods.
• Product Assembly: Assist in shaping, moulding, and assembling various types of baked goods, including bread, cakes, and more, while maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Follow strict sanitation and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including bakers, pastry chefs, and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth workflow, timely production, and efficient operation of the bakery.

Qualifications:

• 1-year of baking experience is preferred
• Food hygiene certification is a must
• Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking direction from supervisors and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.

Site supervision process:
• Accountable for the delivery of the installation project
• Accountable for Site Safety
• Responsible for securing efficient management of environmental aspects of the installation (waste handling, hazardous material, minization of travel)
