• Must have attended and completed recognized Lead auditor course in ISO 45001:2018.
• Successfully completed the Graduate Certificate in WSH under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Framework for WSH Professionals (Level “D”).

Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of full-time experience .
• At least 3 years of practical experience relevant to the work to be performed by an auditor.

Audit Experience:

• Minimum total of 20 Days of Audit Experience in the relevant scheme.
• 15 days on-site audit experience in the relevant scheme.

Knowledge:

• Good, demonstrated knowledge of learning theory and how people learn (as evidenced by Certificate in Education, Train the Trainer Certificate, etc.).

• Manage and be accountable for training delivery, quality and assurance in accordance with the regulations under relevant accreditation bodies such as SSG(WSQ), MOM(LSP) and the company’s policies and directives
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction across all centres and in-house training.
• Stay current and informed with the latest training innovations, offering changes and requirements.
• Ensure observance and adherence to all Avanta rules, regulations and policies.
• Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism and to uphold the good name and reputation of Avanta at all times.
• Protects organisation’s value by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

• Must have attained a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
• Must Possess a non-expired BCLS+AED Chief Instructor Certificate.
• Should preferably possess a minimum of one year of training experience in First aid related courses.
• Possessing the First Aid Trainer the Trainer (FA-TTT) and Standard First Aid Provider certificates will be an added advantage.
