RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Community Health Department, providing administrative and logistical support to our Service Points that provide day care and dementia day care services for seniors requiring personal care while their family/caregivers are at work or needing rest.

Facilities & Operations:

Support Centre Supervisor and Admin Manager in efficient and smooth running of the Service Points:

- Establish project handover requirements and procedures upon machine qualification

- Prepare documentation for handing over with respective site owner

- Conduct data gathering for low volume production

- Conduct training for Site representatives

- Feedback loop for Continuous Improvement after mass volume production

Maintain a matrix of key equipment platform capability and constraints (TOR - Tool of Records) on current and new equipment platform

- Maintain and regularly update the TOR, with inputs from local or other assembly site

- Maintain general knowledge of process and material characteristics and translate to equipment design requirement

- Search continually for new equipment or suppliers with improved or new capability that is aligned to Process/Packaging need

Collaborate with production group on upgrades of existing production equipment through continuous improvement projects

- Maintain knowledge of design constraints and weakness of existing platform

- Participate in the continuous improvement projects involving equipment improvement and upgrades

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
- PhD/Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic, Material, Mechanical Engineering, Physics & Applied Physics or Equivalent Work Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related semiconductor industry
- Experience with technical knowledge on assembly and/or wafer bumping packaging technology, in Technology Transfers and
- Advantage packaging technology and Front end of line background will be preferable and plus point
- Understanding and/or experience in equipment automation solution e.g. GEM300, AMHS and IIOT solution for datamation such as APC, FDC, E3, PCS, SPC) is a plus
- Fast learner, with initiative and independence (min supervision)
- Good teammate, ability to integrate and cooperate with cross function teams and external vendors
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of business needs and customers’ requirement
- Strong project management skills to ensure execution to timelines

Job Description

The software support engineer is responsible for providing technical support with the Pre-deployment setup and post-deployment support from end-users in Hospitals, Nursing homes or other healthcare institutions.

• Assist with Pre-Deployment setup; preparation of device software after hardware assembly.
• Perform Software Updates to operational devices whenever needed.
• Perform diagnosis, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Provide Technical support (L1/L2) to users. There will be occasional need to respond to system issues beyond working hours on a 24/7 basis

Job Requirements

• Experience with working in Linux OS environment.
• Knowledge in working with Edge devices and peripherals (e.g: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi technology, Device Networking, etc.)
• Programming skills preferred (Bash scripting, Python, C++).
• Good communication skills and experience in working with end users on providing technical support.

The Programme Executive will be responsible for organizing and conducting outreach to increase dementia awareness and promote early identification. He/she will support clients with or who are at risk of dementia and/or their carers by linking them to the necessary support and resources. He/She will continue to monitor and support these clients and/or their carers in the community.

The Programme Executive will also be involved in data collation and evaluation of the CREST programme.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide basic case management for persons with dementia and their carers.
• Provide care coordination and service linkage to clients with dementia, with the appropriate resources and support including carer support.
• Facilitate and coordinate group activities for carers and/or persons with dementia.
• Engage with various internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of programme.
• Plan and conduct outreach to the community and stakeholders including faith-based, corporate and community organisations to increase awareness of dementia.
• Plan and conduct dementia case finding/screening to promote early identification and facilitate timely support.
• Explore new avenues of collaboration with community partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation of client follow up.
• Update statistical data on timely manner for reporting to funder.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in psychology, social work, community development or relevant discipline, with min 2 years of experience in community engagement work.
• Prior experience in casework and working with persons with dementia or carers is an added advantage.
• Ability to work on Saturdays.
• Good attention to details.
• Ability to plan and implement ideas.
• Comfortable in speaking with group.

Responsibilities:

-Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering and mathematical analysis
