- Create and implement Engineering Change Notifications for the ASEAN region to approve changes of 
products, manufacturing processes, materials or packaging.
- Support in releasing new products and maintaining related internal processes and systems.
- Assist investigations of customer complaints.
- Update system for certificates, audit reports, etc.
- Assist problem solving with suppliers.
