4. Guiding solution implementation

• Work closely with the project teams to guide the solution during implementation.
• Drive compatibility, interoperability, stability and usability of recommended solution architecture.
• Provide the approach for testing non-functional requirements.
• Resolve technical integration issues.
• Develop technical roadmaps for continual modernization and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years as an architect, and at least 15 years of experience in implementing IT systems.
• Demonstrable knowledge of web based architectures, integration methods and strategies to support non-functional requirements such as resilience and performance.
• Skills and experience in health IT systems, HL7 and FHIR would be valuable, but not a must.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics.

The Role

As a key member of our dynamic marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will be responsible for:

Strategic Marketing:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing:

• Managing and optimizing our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Creating engaging content and running effective digital campaigns.
• Leveraging Google Ads and SEO to drive organic traffic and conversions.
• Monitoring and analysing digital marketing metrics to measure ROI.

Brand Management:

• Protecting and enhancing our brand reputation.
• Developing and executing brand strategies.
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Event Management:

• Planning, organizing, and executing company events, conferences, and workshops.
• Managing event budgets and logistics.

Franchisee Support:

• Providing marketing guidance and support to our franchisees.
• Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in education enrichment industry is highly preferred
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for marketing and a creative mindset.
• A valid Singapore driver's license (preferred)

• Mechanical engineer with BIM experience
• Basic up to $5000

• ACMV & LTA/SMRT experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in 3D using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Prepare detailed mechanical design models, drawings, and specifications for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
• Participate in design coordination meetings with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve clashes and ensure efficient project execution
• Utilize BIM coordination tools like Navisworks to detect clashes and implement clash resolution processes for mechanical systems
• Produce and maintain detailed documentation, including BIM execution plans, as-built drawings, and equipment schedules.
• Perform quality control checks on mechanical systems designs and ensure accurate implementation of BIM models in the construction phases
• Perform other duties assigned by Mechanical Manager

Key Requirements:

• Min 2 years of relevant experience
• BCA cert in BIM
• Must have ACMV & LTA/SMRT experience
