Position Overview

As a member of the Arcade Amusement Center Service Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests. You will assist in the operation of arcade games, provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness and order in the facility, and perform various tasks to support the overall operation of the center.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
   Assist guests with game instructions, prize redemption, and general inquiries.
   Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and courteously.
2. Game Operation:Monitor and maintain arcade games and equipment.
   Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on arcade machines.

   Process payments for game tokens, tickets, and merchandise.
