Primary Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls:Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products/services.

Job Requirements

Educational Background

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; Diploma preferred.

Experience and Skills

• Experience:Prior telemarketing or sales experience is a plus.
  Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  
• Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English.

Job Description & Requirements

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

The Senior Financial Modeling Analyst reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Planning and Governance. This position gathers, analyzes, and summarizes financial recommendations on new capital investments and sales opportunities.

This position will work closely with the Senior Director, Strategic Planning and Governance, Sales & Construction department head to develop business case modeling for new locations to analyze profitability, make financial recommendations and monitor financial performance. This position will also work closely with the Sales department to understand complex and large opportunities and evaluate how the opportunities will compare to the original site business case.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with other departments to pull together assumptions to build business case for new sites
• Analyze business case inputs for reasonableness and comparison to other investments
• Update new site business cases with actuals, revised forecast assumptions and compare against original business case
• Analyze financial results and evaluate asset performance
• Understand and calculate financial business plan measurements including IRR, NPV & terminal value
• Forecast debt requirements and submit draw requests

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs administrative work for the Home Personal Care (HPC) service, which may include, but are not limited to the following tasks:

  - Liaises with outsource partners supporting the HPC service, quality assurance, service improvement, monitoring of fulfilment rate, incident reporting and feedback management.

  - Processes the Eligibility Assessment (EA) forms and other relevant documents submitted by clinicians in a timely manner, and submits the materials to the outsource partners to ensure seamless communication.

  - Work closely with outsourced partners to provide patient information and facilitate the scheduling of visits.

  - Contacts HPC clients to address their queries or concerns, including complaints and feedback.

  - Maintains a database of all HPC referrals and admitted HPC clients.

  - Ensures billing reports for partners are accurate before payment.

  - Submits attendance information to the ILTC portal for service subvention claims.

  - Support the Executive in managing and implementing any changes to HPC's service requirements.
