This is a full time role for a Technician (Building Maintenance) located in River Valley Road. Our clients are pioneer companies that played an integral role in the country’s physical and economic transformation.

You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems. You'll conduct routine inspections of fixtures, fittings, cooling towers, and chillers, and supervise contractors during repairs and testing. Main Responsibilities

–Report to the Operations Manager

– Check the schedule on a regular basis for arrival times and changes in them

– Gather and transport all supplies needed for the set up of a function including but not limited, silver, china, linen, skirts, glassware, condiments etc.

– Set up buffet tables according to One Paradise and function requirements with a creative flair.

– Properly set all tables, side stations and the back of the house areas for functions according to service standards

– Report any incident to immediate superior and followed up with the events report

– Assist in the placement of any food items in a function room for a display or a buffet and the ability to serve from buffet line

– Serve, prepare the proper mise-en-place for any function

– Serve all food and beverage function according to the standards set forth by One Paradise
