• Manage deployments to cloud and (occasionally) on-premise infrastructure

What are we looking for?

• Experience with modern web applications in JavaScript (ES 5/6) is a must-have
• Experience in creation/maintenance of APIs using Node.js is highly advantageous
• Experience in front-end development with React.js is highly advantageous
• Experience in automated testing using JavaScript testing frameworks/libraries such as Karma, Mocha, Chai and Sinon is highly advantageous.
• Experience with database management/usage (both relational and non-relational), and handling of data in different environments is highly advantageous.
• Experience in feature testing using a Selenium-based framework is a nice bonus.
• Experience in tooling processes for modern web applications using Webpack and Gulp is a nice bonus.
• Experience in using Docker containers, development of CI/CD pipelines, and deployment using cloud services such as AWS/PasSes/your own private servers is a nice bonus.
• Experience in the software development lifecycle in an Agile context is a plus point.
• Experience in Scrum is a plus point.

Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into product requirements

 Review business processes and identify optimizing solutions/features

 Maintain and deliver strategic and tactical features with an Agile approach

 Manage and prioritize product backlog and roadmap based on business needs requirements

 Develop user stories, document acceptance criteria and perform user acceptance testing

 Monitor deliverables and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects/initiatives

 Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities

 3-5 years working experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a Financial Services/Insurance Industry (preferred)

 Have experience rolling out enhancements/projects on B2B digital platforms (web portal)

 Have experience working with stakeholders in Group Business (advisors, brokers) is a plus

 Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

 Ability to work across departments in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and flexible to change

 Have a solution mindset, detail oriented and willingness to learn is a must

Education/Certification(s):

 Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

 Agile knowledge and working with Project Management tools (e.g. Confluence/JIRA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment process such as job posting, short listing and scheduling of suitable candidates for interview.
• Onboarding and Offboarding for Employee.
• Coordinate and administer training & development programs including submitting of claims/training grants to various government agencies.
• Document control representative for ISO.
• Payroll function.
• Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation.
• Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Coretrade, levy waiver, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers.
• Matters related to MYE application.
• Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements :

• Min 3 years of related experience in Construction Industry
• Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
• Able to meet deadlines
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
