Requirements:

1. Pastry school trained

Job Responsibilities:

Drive business development efforts in Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on the Malaysian market, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners to support the market expansion and sales of energy storage solutions.

Qualifications:

Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the energy storage or related industries, with a basic understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market, particularly in Malaysia, and a basic network of customers and channel resources.
Communication Skills: Proficient in English, capable of effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet business objectives with a proactive approach to solving problems.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the cultural and business practices of Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries.
Experience in managing channel partners or distributors is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including roles such as Architect, Technology Officer, Head of Engineering Technical Director, or equivalent
• Experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models or other emerging technologies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link new technology decisions to company strategy and market opportunities
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with user stories and relevant business cases

The key responsibilities and deliverables of a Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking are as below:

• Reaching out to prospective customers in MNC segment, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Funds, FDI/ FPI segment which have presence in ASEAN regions and with strong business linkages to India
• Originating and onboarding (with complete KYC) new corporate customers and developing and maintaining good relationships with the customers
• Understanding customer requirements and providing banking solutions including but not limited to investments flow, trade flows and other transactional banking requirements
• Preparing credit proposal, coordinating with Risk department for approvals and undertaking credit monitoring & asset reviews of the portfolio
• Maintaining existing relationships with corporate clients
• Meeting business numbers across products and business verticals
• Executing transactions in a timely and efficient manner in line with customer expectations
• Maintaining credit files and ensuring safe custody of all documents
• Manage a team of Relationship Manager(s) and/ or Customer Service Manager(s) if required and as deemed fit by the management
• Prepare data, MIS, presentations as required by the management
• Any other relevant task assigned by the Reporting Manager

Job requirements:

• Strong understanding and acumen of corporate banking business with 4+ years of relevant banking experience in relationship management
• Understanding of Indian banking landscape, regulations and macroenvironment
• Understanding of financial statements to prepare credit proposals
