Job Resposbilities

• Interface with customers as well as coordinate and manage projects with regards to audits, quotations, pricings, schedules and deliveries (First point of contact) via different tools and programs
• General filing of correspondences between customers and plant.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry, covering OTC, health supplements, pharmaceuticals, and vaccines.
• Must be a Singapore-registered Pharmacist with access to PRISM (HSA online system).
• Regional regulatory affairs (RA) experience or exposure is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrates agility, initiative, integrity, and the ability to anticipate potential issues, coupled with proposing mitigation strategies.
• Meticulous with attention to detail and capable of navigating ambiguities.
• Proven leadership skills and experience working collaboratively across functions, levels, and managing projects.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with all management levels and across diverse cultural backgrounds.

What are we looking for?

Permanent Full-Time Position for an Assistant Teacher to support Children with Special Needs

Support Lead teacher in the following:

• Conduct lessons in a specialized small group, Early Intervention Program (EIP) setting.
• Create lesson plans and curriculum and track student progress.
• Following Individualized Educational Plan goals (IEP) for students and contributing to progress reports.
• Create/set up of learning activities, support with classroom supervision and follow-through of learning/behaviour plans, support with children's daily living skills (toileting, dressing and mealtime routines).
• Classroom-based admin work- creating student files, attendance forms, visuals and other tasks delegated by Lead teacher/ Head of Programme
• Work in collaboration with a multi-professional team of teachers and therapists.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood Education/ Special Education or related educational fields. A Bachelor's Degree in Teaching will be of value.
• Teaching qualifications or equivalent in Special Education will be of value.
• Experience teaching with children with special needs will be of value.
• Experience working in a Preschool setting will be of value.
• Must be proficient in communicating and writing professionally in English
