Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Review project proposals and plans to define timelines, budget limitations, staffing requirements, and procedures to meet deadlines and financial targets.
• Coordinate and participate in pre- and post-tender surveys to ensure project readiness and compliance.
• Provide detailed project updates and reports during Work-in-Progress (WIP) reviews for management.
• Lead and manage the project team, ensuring effective collaboration and task execution.
• Attend monthly WIP meetings with key stakeholders, including the Commercial team and Finance Controller, to review progress and address challenges.
• Monitor and manage project costs, identifying potential overruns and mitigating risks of delays proactively.
• Champion safety standards by conducting regular quality checks, safety walks, and inspections, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the elevator and escalator industry / construction or related field
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or in Project Management, or equivalent qualifications.
• A solid understanding of marketing principles and market demands within the elevator industry.

What is the opportunity?:

This position is in charge for Corporate territories of Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and Nascent countries all driving through the partners.

As a Corporate Account Executive at Omnissa you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention; contributing to the specific Omnissa corporate sales strategy and executing those sales efforts. You will act as a trusted advisor for an established planning group of accounts, understanding their business needs and aligning Omnissa’s solutions to meet those needs.

You will also be responsible for:

• Selling Omnissa’s portfolio of products and solutions within a territory of our corporate customer base.
• Increasing customer spending through ‘Whitespace’ and ‘Wallet share’ selling motions in assigned territory.
• Prospecting and responding to incoming leads to build and maintain a pipeline that will exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
• Executing a consultative sales strategy and manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
• Negotiating and winning complex SaaS contacts.
• Demonstrating key elements of software solution to prospective customers through online web demonstrations and answers feature and functional questions.
• Working closely with Professional Services team to demonstrate and scale our solution to meet individual client needs.
• Preparing and presenting contracts, closing contracts, and monitoring relationship through implementations.

What will you bring to Omnissa?
• Strong inside sales experience, 3 years+

• 5+ total years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success and career growth.

• 2-3 years of experience in a full cycle sales activities including inside sales; with experience closing complex sales cycles with mid-market or larger sized accounts.

• Demonstrated ability to execute strategic sales and foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• A history of achievement, including consistent quota attainment, recognition (such as President’s Club), and the ability to clearly articulate significant sales wins

• Business level Vietnamese is mandatory

• Bonus: Experience selling or working knowledge of End User Computing solutions (e.g., VDI, UEM, DaaS).
