Responsibilities

• Work in a team setting on valuations and transaction advisory assignments and ensuring its completion within a stipulated timeline which includes:
  - Valuation assignments for purposes of mergers and acquisitions
  - Valuation of intangible assets/ intellectual properties
  - Valuation assignments for financial reporting
  - Due diligence assignments
  - Other assignments on other assignments as and when required
• Support and manage project administrative activities (risk management, drafting of engagement letters, billing etc.)
• Support and participate in proposal, marketing, research and business development activities, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with client contacts
• Manage and liaise with colleagues from different lines of service within PwC Myanmar, PwC Singapore and our PwC global network of firms

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in any discipline and/or relevant Post Graduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting, Economics and Finance
• ACCA, CA or CFA qualification is an added advantage
• Demonstrate strong accounting for finance knowledge with a keen interest in valuations
• Possess 2 to 4 years of working experience in a client-facing role. Relevant experience in M&A and valuations is an added advantage
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Strong business acumen with keen interest in businesses and how policies, trends, practices, information affects businesses and organizations
• Self-starters, meticulous and highly motivated to work on tight deadlines and work hours if necessary

Job:

• Manage order hotlines by ensuring calls are answered promptly and minimize abandon calls especially during peak hours. Ensure achievement of departmental service level at all times.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders received through the order hotline.
• Ensure procedures for processing of item with sales restrictions, order that require price approval and other principal specified requirement are strictly adhered to.
• Co-ordinate the flow of information between customers, principals, warehouse and delivery team concerning status of orders/ delivery arrangements and wrong orders.
• Ensure that critical information regarding urgent delivery, special timing request are communicated and follow up with the delivery section till completion of delivery.
• Assist in the processing of orders from other sources eg Fax, sales order or Electronic orders when required.

Job Description

• Oversee and spearhead the daily execution of high-performing campaign management and execution of hygiene campaigns across multiple channels to achieve customer acquisition goals and maximize return on ad spend
• Responsible for managing big scale digital marketing campaigns that have high technical complexity due to very large numbers of ads entities that need to be managed
• Identify optimization opportunities / growth, and analyzing the impact and effort required
• Execute and prioritize all the tasks / activities within the managed campaigns
• Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently, and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered

• Manage Traveloka advertising accounts on all platforms, maintain online advertising campaigns, from display targeting, retargeting, display awareness, app installs, etc
• Manage spending vs. KPIs balancing to have dynamic optimization based on needs, markets & real-time performance by having series of experimentation and testing
• Stay informed of new betas, tactics, and data trends within the paid search industry
• Ensure all online advertising best practices have been implemented

• 4-5 years of performance marketing, especially Display and App Installs experience (a candidate who has experience Display is a plus point)
• Technical skills and experiences in app optimization and A/B testing are a big plus point

1. Establishment of logistics plan and comparing vessel PNL (Coordination with Traders)

• Analysis of FOB price and sale demand for Grain/Sugar markets.
• Comparing each case of vessel PNL which is available cargo combination.
• Modify logistics plan by checking market movement.
• Update purchase/sales contract and vessel schedule.
• In case of logistics issue, finding a solution with Traders.

2. Looking for new business opportunity to expand business area.

• Analysis of current business scheme and finding a solution how to develop further.
• Analysis of new business feasibility.

3. Management Trading Division PNL

• Checking daily market value and manage MTM PNL level.
• Making a strategy how to manage other cost categories with relevant departments (Traders, Management)

4. Management Future & Option position (Pricing team management)

• Communication with Pricing team (Management of rotation schedule)
• Checking of current future accounts and supporting to communicate with Finance department.

5. Communication with other value chain (w. Management, Freight)

• Checking each freight case to Freight team (Freight level, Sailing route, Vessel size, Etc.)
• Communication about vessel issue with Freight team.
• Communication with Finance team about credit checking if we find a new customer.

Role description:

As a Head of Risk Management at Finalto Asia, you will play a crucial role in steering the risk management strategy and ensuring the daily oversight of our Trading Platforms. Your primary focus will be on FX instruments, requiring a comprehensive understanding of risk factors associated with these markets. Beyond the responsibilities of a Dealer, your role will extend to proactive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, contributing to the overall financial health and compliance of the organization

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of a robust risk management strategy for FX markets, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the daily risk management of Trading Platforms, particularly focusing on FX instruments, to maintain operational integrity and compliance.

Qualifications:

· MAS qualification is required.

· Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role with a specialization in FX and OTC markets.

· Extensive experience in FX (Futures, Options, and Over-the-Counter) trading, as well as hedging, is essential.

· Has at least 5 years of experience in supervising FX operations or assumed role such as "Responsible Officer" in FX industry for at least 3 years

· Good knowledge of the regulatory regime for financial markets and investment firms within the FX and OTC space.

· A proven understanding of the financial and capital markets, especially in FX and OTC contexts, is a significant advantage.

· Has proven track records in setting up FX dealing desk is advantageous

· Fluency in English, Mandarin both written and verbal.

· Computer literacy and the ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
