The Role:

We are looking for an in-house jewellery designer. You will be working directly with the customers and to create bespoke designs. This role is multi-faceted and you would be also operating as a sales executive when clients are in the boutique. When you are with clients, you are expected to provide them with product knowledge and effectively sell both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers. • Deliver customer service to hotline calls, emails and walk-ins

• Processing of orders via various purchase options

Work with the product delivery committee in rolling out new products

• Represent New Business/Policy servicing team in product meetings with the team manager.
• Work with New Business/Policy servicing teams in coming up with business requirements for submission to product delivery committee to ensure that operational requirements are catered for.
• Work with technology team on UAT test plans and UAT output review and sign off.
• Prepare and conduct training on the new products for New Business/Policy servicing teams.
