Finance Initiatives

• Ensure that programes launched are financially sustainable
• Work with managers on the drafting of budget for clients
• Responsible for the P&L budget for Executive Education programmes
• Ensure that all programme fees received (via credit card and cheques) are accurately accounted for and invoices related to promotional events are given to the Finance Manager/Account Executive for processing in a timely manner, and that corporate policies are adhered to

The role will be a strategic HR advisor who builds strong partnerships with the senior leaders and the University HR community to develop and execute the People Strategies and solutions for the College/Schools. You will play the role of a Cluster Lead to a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists and is expected to lead and coach the team in the delivery of HR services and initiatives. The responsibilities of this role are:
