Job Purpose

Part of Customer Service team responsible for handling all types of Ownership & Nomination transactions including policy assignment, beneficiary nomination, vesting, and delivering them within service standards and ensuring compliance with the respective regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process applications for absolute and collateral assignment, beneficiary nomination and vesting within service, compliance and regulatory standards.
• Handle investigation of complex cases from policyholders and financial representatives on assignments and nomination of beneficiary.
• Work collaboratively with various departments, including Bancassurance, Claims, Legal, Group Risk Management on assignment, beneficiary nominations, FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliant Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) matters. • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and defects.

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Unit/Section Heads.
