The Role

The Accounts Officer is responsible for processing credit application, invoicing, debt collection, account receivable cashiering, reconciliation and month end requirement. He/ She must ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure they are posted on a timely basis. Accounts Receivable Duties

City Ledger:

· To assess the customer's credit worthiness by research through various available sources and to recommend credit approval or disapproval to the Management.

· Process all Credit Applications, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally.

· In the AR module, set up AR accounts for newly approved credits and ensure creditors’ details are correct at all times.

· Accountable for the accurate processing of all AR accounts.

· Ensure that all Debtors’ invoices are accurate; all services invoiced supported by a valid guarantee of payment and the room rates correct.

· Check the room rates as reflected in the invoices are in line with the contracted rates accorded to the companies, airlines & agents. Any ad-hoc rates, the head of department has to be aware of the rates given by the sales manager.

· Follow up with Sales & Reservations Department if there is a variance in the room rates charged.

· Responsible for the timely transfer of the invoices to the city ledger and prompt mailing (or emailing) of the invoices to the debtors.

· Assist in dealing promptly with client queries on city ledger account. Answer debtors’ inquiries promptly and effectively.

· Complete a daily summary of all adjustments related to the City Ledger; ensure that it is distributed as necessary and reconciled with a PMS generated report at end of shift.

· Maintain proper filing procedures.

Credit Cards:

· Ensure that all credit card transaction are verified for completeness and the accounts formally reconciled on a daily basis.

· Calculate and accurately post credit card commissions.

· Promptly investigate all credit card disputes, liaising with the Front Office and the banks.

· Ensure all guest refund are processed in a timely manner as per the hotel policy; with all supporting paperwork and required authorizations.

Month End:

· Accurately process all Monthly Statements and mailed promptly.

Credit Control Duties

Credit applications:

· Process credit applications within 10 working days, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally.

City Ledger:

· Ensure all invoices / statement are issued on a timely basis.

The TikTok Engineering Test Team focuses on testing and delivering innovative, high-quality product features of the TikTok as well as protecting user data. Our Mission is to facilitate the release of TikTok features and enhancements from the development to production stage through effective testing, delivering quality at speed.

As a Test Engineer on our team, you will:

1. Design, develop, and implement functionality testing for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and the service of mobile applications;

2. Design test plans for new features and regression test cases;

3. Work on project management, risk management, and process management tasks;

4. Help implement test tools and collaborate with automation/performance test teams to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive;

5. Track defects manage bugs during the whole software development cycle.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. BS/MS degree in a relevant field: Computer Engineering or EE;

2. 2+ years of testing experience, within mobile application and/or backend service application;

3. Have distributed application and iOS/Android fundamental knowledge;

4. Excellent problems solving skills, ability to coordinate with different global teams;

5. Strong passion for mobile internet and building next generation mobile application, can take full responsibility for service end to end quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiar with Java/Python/Objective-C/Golang, experience in related projects development;

2. Familiar with performance testing tools, iOS/Android automation, and/or test platform development;

3. Familiar with Redis, NSQ, Zero-MQ, Kafka, Docker, K8s, Hive, Spark.

Position Summary

This is a newly created senior leadership position combing two sales teams to benefit from synergies across a wider geographical area and to be more closely aligned with the APAC Sales and Account Management organizational structure. The role will be responsible for managing a team of sales specialists to achieve and beat the regional sales target. The targets span several channels from Key Strategic Accounts to the long tail of LSEG Customer Connect so the leader will need to manage various stakeholders and represent each business channel with a target-hitting plan.

The product suite includes Real Time data, infrastructure and pricing and reference services aimed at the middle and back office. The leader will need to be conversant in market data trends and able to articulate and inspire the team as to our roadmap relative to the Cloud. The major focus of this role is proactively winning new revenue - to both existing and new client accounts. The candidate is expected to be hands-on - personally getting involved in deals, meeting clients, network across the region and actively participate in marketing events.

The individual will be additionally responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the business – creating and performing sales strategies, providing forecasts and business updates to internal stakeholders, as well as collaborating with other client facing, product and marketing leaders.
