ABOUT THE POSITION
As a core pillar of our technology offerings, the Salesforce CRM team delivers solutions on a range of technology platforms to improve how our clients collect customer data and use that to provide world class service to their customers. The Salesforce Solution Architect will be a senior member of the Salesforce team and lead work done on any CRM projects from presales through to delivery and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Be a thought leader in the CRM domain and have comprehensive knowledge of Service and Sales use cases in Salesforce
· Lead consultative engagements including workshops with customers on functional topics, business goals and challenges.
· Provide product and subject matter expertise to clients.
· Drive consultative engagements with clients on scopes from CRM strategy to implementation
· Use your business analysis skills to document comprehensive customer user stories, requirements and functional/technical overviews of solutions.
· Define detailed solutions based on customers’ business needs, current environment and solutions available within our skillset.
· Create and facilitate great presentations to customer stakeholders from both technical and business backgrounds.
· Empower Clients to use the technology solutions we implement to their fullest potential by analysing current processes and proposing better ways to leverage all the features of their current technology
· Lead presales pursuits to win new work from proposal development, presentations to C-Suite stakeholders and estimation/pricing of projects
· Validate solutions and estimates produced by senior developers and technical architects.
· Play a lead role within the Salesforce team, comprised of a dynamic, shared pool of resources with a variety of Salesforce skillsets.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 5+ years as a Solution Architect
· 5+ years with Salesforce core platforms (Sales, Service, Industry clouds)
· Comprehensive functional knowledge in CRM and wider marketing technology market
· Background in leading and driving implementations or large projects
· Experience in presales / pitch process
Preferred
· Experience/exposure to emerging Salesforce products such as Data Cloud, Agentforce, Industry clouds is a plus
· Experience in a consulting environment
· Experience in large scale enterprise projects or Singapore government projects is a plus
