Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the machines and company equipments operational performance and condition
• Conduct preventive maintenance to machine and company equipments as per schedule
• Review and update all existing machine maintenance documents
• Prepare and design the spare parts for machines and company equipments
• Report any unsafe conditions and practices to Production Manager
• Assist of production and purchasing department of manufacturing / purchasing spare parts
• Monitor spare parts stock level and raising purchase order
• Managing, delegating and training the maintenance group

Blood Donor Registration

• Verify donor identity and particulars Register donors in the Blood Bank Computer System
• Ensure donor eligibility and check for outstanding deferrals
• Verify and affix correct donor details on printed labels
• Issue queue tickets for registered donors

Quantitative Haemoglobin (Hb)

• Estimation and Weight Taking
• Verify donor registration and weigh the donor
• Perform Hb testing and record readings
• Provide explanation and advice if donor does not meet Hb criteria
• Perform maintenance of Hb measuring meters and weighing scales

Donor Care

• Handle donor enquiries
• Assist donors in booking appointments
• Print and prepare DHAQ forms
• Issue and track car park redemption tickets

Donor Linking

• Accurately enter phlebotomy and blood collection results
• Check system entries against the number of blood units collected

Main purpose of the job

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Sugar, Adjuncts & Coffee is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. The role is also responsible for driving sustainable procurement and procurement innovation strategies, as well as creating and implementing category strategies. Responsibilities include executing strategic sourcing plans to maximize business value, building and enhancing stakeholder relationships across all procurement activities, and managing supplier partnerships. The Global Category Manager also manages and tracks plans and budgets against objectives, key value drivers, and related KPIs. Responsibilities

You will play a key role in managing and enhancing relationships with investors – crafting investor communications, supporting marketing and capital-raising initiatives, and ensure seamless communication between the fund and its stakeholders. What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?

I. DAILY ACTIVITY FOLLOW UP

Ensure the management and optimization of Treasury activity for OUT currencies (33 currencies) on GEODE tool for Securities Services’ Businesses (12 Branches), over the Nostro accounts opened on Correspondent and ICSD’s books.

This process is coordinated with BNP SA Front Office, as well as with the Paris/Singapore and New York TFG Teams as per the Follow the Sun model.

Follow up on the update of Correspondent/ICSD’s conditions on Treasury’s reconciliation tool (RUBI) and ensure the correct reconciliation of Interest Scale.

Make sure that the activity is efficiently processed and associated risks are controlled accordingly. Ensure that the internal tools match the Business’ needs (coordinate any possible evolution along with the Change Management and IT teams).

Back up the team whenever is needed on daily activity.

II. BUSINESS BILLING/P&L FOLLOW UP

On a daily basis monitor the figures allowing to follow up the activity in order to establish an analytical billing at month end that will be charged to the Businesses.

Generate and justify the P&L reporting to the ALM.

Set up and Publish KPI’s.

III. TFG OPERATIONAL RISKS MANAGEMENT

Ensure the control of TFG Operational Risks through

- The update of the Operational Control Plans

- The update of the Accounting Control Plans

- The update of Procedures (XPACT)

- Ensure the completion of tasks in ORUS regarding the GCP and in COMBO regarding the daily activity follow up

IV. WORKSHOPS/MEETINGS WITH SINGAPOUR TFG AND NY TFG

Maintain a close relationship with Paris/ Singapore and NY TFG Teams, through monthly meetings in order to follow up and improve the processes in place.

As Global Process Owner, ensure the correct execution of the activity by the Follow the Sun teams, as well as the resolution of any possible conflict with the Correspondents/ICSD’s, along with the Regional Network Managers and locals ALMs.

V. TFG TEAM MANAGEMENT

Ensure an adequate staffing for any replacement as well as the training needed. Guarantee team cohesion throughout BNP Paribas’ values: Agility, Client Satisfaction, Open mindedness and Compliance Culture by embracing a collaborative spirit.

VI. FOLLOW UP OF TREASURY SUBJECTS WITH ALM AND NETWORK MANAGEMENT

Establish a good relationship with the Network Management, by participating to any Meeting/Committee which the goal is to improve the process in place or any conflict with the Correspondents/ICSD’s. Participate to any Correspondent’s migration and ensure that all the setups are in place for the good Treasury flows execution on Go Live date.

Along with the 2S ALM, follow up on Treasury subjects that could transversely impact 2S’s activity with 2S’s Businesses, Correspondents/ICSD’s and Central Treasury. Also participate in all the projects that could have a direct impact on Treasury Liquidity management.

VII. Environnement and Organisation

Service schedule is from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm CET, Monday to Friday (bank holidays are included except the 1st of January and the 25th of December).

You may participate to GEODE releases along with the IT teams (Weekends releases).

Homeworking is allowed in the different formulas and rhythms, but constraint to the activity specificities (mandatory to have a minimum of 3 persons always on site).
