6 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS

6.1 The Contractor’s support personnel managing the servers must be trained and minimally be proficient in the following areas:

Windows Server

(a) The System Engineer shall minimally possess the following requirement:

(i) At least three (3) years of experience in Microsoft Server administration;

and

(ii) Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA);

• Must have at least two full life-cycle SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 and / or SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live) or greenfield implementation

Job Description

• Operate and maintain the ship's marine equipment safely, economically, and efficiently in accordance with customer contracts/Charter Party, within approved budgets, to the satisfaction of both owners and their clients.

The Routing Data Analyst will support the Global Carrier Network Operations function

Responsibilities

• To execute futures and options, forex, securities and related orders for all clients
• To provide fundamental and technical analyses to clients
• To provide trade support services to customers including market information and performance, monitor and advice on client margin calls and facilities, trading limits, solving of out-trades
• To ensure work and duties are carried out professionally, and comply with all rules and regulations of local /overseas regulators and exchanges
• To assist back-office departments in trade-related work, ensure institutional customers’ trade confirmations are promptly emailed to the customers. Copies of such confirmations are to be given to the Operations team (settlement)
• To solicit and provide feedback on any customers’ unusual trading patterns (e.g sudden over-speculative behaviors), patterns of movement of funds, to HODs and Compliance department.
• To monitor activities (asides from trading within limits and margin sufficiency) that could be related to money laundering and terrorism financing. Must have a good understanding of the factors which contribute to arouse suspicion in such activities
• To check and monitor customer’s equity and position limits to ensure no over-trading
• To escalate immediately on occurrence of error, to ensure a detailed account of error report is made promptly

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance or related qualifications
• Min 3 years experience in Dealing
• CMFAS modules 1A, 2A, 5, 6 and 6A are required
• Knowledge on online trading platforms
• Result-oriented, well-read on industry development and ability to articulate well
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on shifts & public holidays
• Strong team player, fast learner, proactive and able to perform task independently
• Good command in written and spoken English. Able to speak Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients

• Knowledge in source code management tools such as Git and GitHub, and experience with branching and merging strategies.

• Work closely with the commercial team to develop and execute the in-country marketing plan (sell-in/sell-out, branding, stocking promotion, etc)
• Develop consumer communication toolkits and deploy/guide partners for execution.
• Deliver omnichannel customer engagement campaigns by conducting consumer research to develop a qualified brand concept and understand consumer preferences.
• Implement lead generation activity at all stages of the consumer buying journey to deliver a seamless online experience through multivariate testing.
• Responsibile for e-Commerce store set up and sale.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing and/or Business.
• Proven track record in partner programs, consumer engagement, social media and e-Commerce.
• Demonstrate experience developing multiple distribution channels and agency management.
• Strong commercial outlook with the ability to drive revenue growth through marketing.
• Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and analytical capability or skill set.
• Works extremely well as a team member and excels as an individual contributor.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
