POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Helpdesk Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization's information technology infrastructure. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of laptop replacement queue.
• First point of contact within Global Service Desk (GSD) support channels including (but not limited to) ITSM ticketing platforms, Slack support channels (as determined by GSD leadership), and in-office walk-up support.
• Respond to common technical difficulties, training and guidance requests from user base involving desktop/laptop hardware and software/applications
• Monitoring and actioning appropriate ITHELP Jira queues as directed by GSD
• Software Provisioning / Deprovisioning within scope/access constraints of role within GSD
• Adherence to standard escalation processes for IT tickets
• Adherence to standard ticket handling practices as directed by GSD (e.g., components, labels, other ITSM related fields)

• Ensure Standard Operation Principles (SOPs) are followed, and all processes and procedures adhere to EOS company policy/standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical certification or bachelor's degree in IT-related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate and write proficiently in a corporate environment.
• 3-6+ years of proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role working at an enterprise level environment
• Strong understanding of Apple operating systems, software applications, and network systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with Relationship Managers;
• Develop leads and prospects by working with Relationship Managers to identify and qualify potential prospects for RFO’s planning and life insurance products;
• Engage in client meetings to provide wealth solutions consultancy where appropriate pursuant to the solicitation guidelines;
• Present RFO’s planning concepts and life insurance products to prospects;
• Assist to develop SG office’s internal referral flow to ensure compliance and operational requirements are met;
• Provide pro-active engagements and advise Relationship Managers on product solutions;
• Track, manage and follow up on prospective client situations including follow-up planning, meetings, correspondence, tracking information in the system;
• Participate in other marketing activities as appropriate;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in the financial industry;
• Experience and knowledge in life insurance and/or HNW space will be preferred;

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Financial Reporting and Management Reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, audit schedules, and sustainability reports, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Compile and submit MAS reports, tax filings, and other regulatory surveys accurately.
• Assist in preparing detailed management reports, including cost of funds and variance analysis.
• Support the budgeting process and contribute to financial planning and analysis efforts.
• Perform daily liquidity management tasks, optimizing returns on surplus funds.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting and operational procedures.
