Job Scopes:

• Check and top up other beverages and pantry consumables for all common pantries.
• Stock check and ordering of pantry consumables and supplies through Guest Experience Assistants (GEAs).
• Manage coffee machines and escort vendor technician for monthly coffee machine servicing.
• Inform GEAs of any facilities issues (e.g. faulty chair, flickering lights) or faulty coffee machines.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantries
• Other duties as assigned

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Sprint planning support & production planning support
• Work closely with the different application teams and support different types of releases.
• Should be able to support the paperwork for the release processes
• Analyzing system requirements and development.
• Should be able to provide input/solutions on stabilization efforts of automation to reduce the manual efforts to make the system better.

Required Skills:

• Core Java & Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Core Java, with a focus on Java 8 or later versions. Experience with Java 17 is a plus.
• Development experience on Trading Applications, preferably on Equity Trading
• Memory Management: Understanding of Java memory management, including garbage collection and memory allocation.
• Data Structures: Well-versed in data structures, particularly HashMap.
• Web Frameworks: Proficient in Java web frameworks.
• Database Expertise: Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Migration Experience: Hands-on experience migrating from Spring to Spring Boot.
• CI/CD Tools: Familiar with Jenkins and Bitbucket.
• Project Management Tools: Well-versed with JIRA.
• Enhancements & Migrations: Experienced in handling enhancements and migrations.
• Linux Proficiency: Strong command of basic Linux commands and shell scripting; comfortable working in a Linux environment.

Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the ambassador of our company's first impression to the guests and visitors.

It will be your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming guests, visitors and members. Help them with directions or any appropriate information that they need while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

You will be required to professionally answer phone calls in a polite manner and forward calls to the respective departments.

Also, you will need to perform various front desk duties including filing, handling and re-directing mail and the like including to perform basic clerical duties and assisting Admin and HR task as needed.

Experience
