You will be responsible for the design, vendor management, system delivery, installation, commissioning, handover and maintenance of the electrical systems. The Electrical system include ATS, Bypass, BMMS, UPS system, UPS DB, etc. You will ensure that the work are completed as per contract specifications and in line with the relevant quality and safety guidelines. You would be located at the Customer’s Site in Tuas, and reporting to the Project Manager / Integration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical lead in the project and to drive vendors and client for the electrical system design and approval. Be the main interface in the project with the client and other contractors in ensuring that all required information are clearly communicated, received and documented.
• To lead and review the Design of the UPS and UPS Distribution from vendors to ensure compliance to Contract’s specification
• To provide the computation of the voltage drop computation and cable sizing recommendation to ensure compliance to the regulatory requirement
• Review and preparation of the contractual documentation (including FAT, SAT procedure, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, cable schedule, installation requirement, BOM generation, etc), of which some are provided by the vendor.

Job Description:

• Perform regular service, maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems for commercial or industrial application, including Freon or Ammonia systems.
• Attend to urgent call-out to jobsites.
• Follow instruction from superior and project manager for all job sites execution.
• Follow safety protocols at jobsite.
• Conduct service report for every jobsite.
• Perform administrative duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Construction and Building management or related fields.
• Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Refrigeration system; Cold Room, Electrical, Air-conditioning or related fields. Experience in blazing, compressor, evaporator and condenser systems.
• Class 3 driving license (preferred).
• Possess Certificates in safety, electrical or related.
• Flexible and adaptable to working at different jobsites.

Role: Technical Writer

Duration: 12 months (Renewable based on business needs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Organize material through Operations Trainers and complete technical writing assignment (Operating Manual and Procedures) with focus on order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
• Coordinate with Operations Trainers and other stakeholders to establish technical content and update relevant document through Operations Trainer guidance
• Edit, standardize, or make changes to document material as instructed by Operations Trainers
• Support Operations Trainer in the draft, review, validate, approval and publishing documents through SharePoint workflow and other Procedure databases
• Execute Document Review process through Operations Trainer guidance - Publish materials (Available in SharePoint) and execute revisions or changes in scope, format, and content according to Electronic Operating Manuals (EOM) Standards and Procedure Standards.
• Maintain records, files of work and revisions of all documents in Procedure databases
• Need to work with photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material.
• Draw sketches using Microsoft Visio to illustrate specified materials or valve line-up sequence.
• Administrative and Logistics coordination support in terms of L&D work processes

Requirements:

• 0 - 3 years or more experience in a Technical Writer role or Ability to prove Technical Writing skills in Oil and Gas industry sector
• Diploma / Degree in Chemical Process, Communication or English. In lieu of degree, prior experience in Oil and Gas Industry sector in a technical writing capacity
• Strong writing skills. Strong communication and organization skills
• Strong MS Word knowledge and proficiency in MS Outlook. Proficient in other MS application (Excel, Power BI, Visio) preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Data Management: Assist client managers with multidimensional client data management and provide data analysis results as required by the client managers.
