RESPONSIBILITIES

A) Project prep and follow-up work including:

• Research and/or follow up on potential organisations and/or charities for further partnerships
• Monitor, follow up and track attendance of all events (on Excel)
• Send pre- and post-event emails using Mail Merge or other functions (reminder to attend event, asking for feedback etc)
• Upload attendance and related data into Salesforce
• Tracking of performance of programs

B) Project logistics support including:

• Source for suitable F&B, venue options and other related items for events
• Receive F&B items, setting them up at designated areas and ensure proper clean-up after
• Set up venues (at NVPC and external) and tear down after

• Year 2 4 student at a local university
• Able to write clearly and concisely
• Able to analyse simple data and make recommendations
• Has an eye for details
• Enjoys event management preferably

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

• Testing of different materials purchased by company for production of pesticide & their packing as per set specifications.
• Documentation of testing and their findings in according to ISO system and reporting of results to supervisor/ seniorResults shall be traceable to raw data

Responsibilities:

• Source and explore potential food tenants both locally & abroad (including new start-ups) for partnership and development through site visits and/or cold calling.
• Partner and help existing talented tenants/hawkers with passion to grow and expand operations within the food court chain.
• Track and analyse the sales performance of tenants.

About the Role

You will be part of the Business Development department, responsible for formulating and executing tenant leasing strategies and building strong tenant relationships within our Food court/Coffee Shops.
