- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

- Schedule and manage staffing to ensure coverage during peak times.
3. Client Experience:
- Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the boutique.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through a personalized journey to select their perfect gown and accessories.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate long-term connections with clients to inspire loyalty and referrals.
- Maintain a VIP client roster and nurture these relationships through impeccable follow-up.
4. Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the boutique is always visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience 5-7 years in front facing sales experience.
