A leading international law firm is welcoming a legal secretary as part of business expansion. The successful candidate for this newly created position is expected to collaborate with an existing legal secretary team and support a team of fee earners.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with the eagerness to take on tasks regardless new or familiar. The scope will involve calendar management, coordinating with the finance team on invoice management, and work with the business development team administration/logistic matters only when necessary.

Requirements

At least 4 years working experience, ideally from a law firm/consulting firm and familiar with a billing environment.

A proactive and flexible working attitude would be advantageous.
