This role focuses on contributing to the development and refinement of AI-driven digital workers, with a strong emphasis on enhancing functionality, usability, and integration across organizational processes. The position involves leveraging AI technologies, promoting informed policy-making, and advancing IT security frameworks within a broader value chain context.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate on the development and refinement of AI agents, focusing on technical functionality, learning curve optimization, and overall efficiency.
· Drive projects aimed at achieving defined AI-related measurements and deliverables.
· Serve as an AI advisor, bridging IT security, data analytics, and project management best practices.
· Support the organization in leveraging AI-based tools to enhance workflow and interact seamlessly with other digital and instructional agents.
· Contribute technical knowledge and insights to release workload for team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and capacity-building.
· Conduct research and provide recommendations to align AI initiatives with broader organizational objectives and policies.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business IT or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years relevant experience ICT cybersecurity, data security, project or related governance, risk or compliance management
· Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, with an understanding of their application in organizational workflows.
· Strong interest and expertise in IT security, data analytics, and AI.
· Basic project management skills, with the ability to drive measurable outcomes.
· Ability to contribute to and influence policy-making processes through technical and strategic insights.
· Prior experience in conducting ICT cybersecurity, data security and/or project risk assessments is preferred
· Relevant experience in data visualisation and analytics.
· Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
· Excellent vendor management, agile, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
· Public Sector agency experience as a ICT practitioner
· Prior experience working in collaborative cross-agency/functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
· Proficient in analytical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving.
· Skilled in data analysis.
· Experienced in utilizing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms.
· Meticulous with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
· Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with digital tools and agents.
· Capacity to support value chain enhancement using AI-based solutions
