The Product Development Director will report directly to the Director, Product Management and work closely with the rest of the Technology team, making your mark in a number of ways:

• Drive consolidation and unification of products to drive the AirTrunk standardisation and speed to market philosophy.
• Manage the Owner Supplied Equipment Partnerships with all vendors. This will involve developing market and location-based intel around availability and costs and developing a strategy for standard product availability across all regional locations (Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea). This involves organising and chairing regular vendor meetings, visiting sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Manage the processes and documentation related with the technical specification, approval and continuous improvement of the Owner Supplied Equipment products as part of the overall AirTrunk product offering, ensuring alignment and collaboration with internal stakeholders (Customer Solutions, Design, Sustainability, Procurement, Construction and Operation)

Your Day to Day

The successful appointee will lead and oversee a group of Heads of Departments and taking responsibility for overseeing teaching & learning throughout the senior school (Grades 6 to 12), ensuring that the aspirational NLCS ethos is embedded in all aspects of the academic programme. This post is part of the Academic Leadership Team that works, under the guidance of the Vice Principal (Academic), to oversee all aspects of the Senior School Academic Programme. All members of staff are expected to be involved in pastoral care within the school community, usually in the role of form tutor, and also to contribute actively to the extra-curricular life of the School.

NLCS (UK)

North London Collegiate School (UK) was founded in 1850 by Frances Mary Buss; she aimed to offer an academically ambitious education to girls, similar to that available to their brothers.
