Job Title: Software Test Engineer (Tosca)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to identify, analyze, and review design requirements, estimating the testing scope and schedule.
• Develop and maintain software testing deliverables, including test plans and functional test cases, based on project requirements.
• Execute functional testing and manage defect lifecycles, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
• Collect, analyze, and report on testing progress to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Adopt, execute, and advocate for the company’s software testing and quality assurance processes.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience with various testing types, such as automated testing, manual testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in TOSCA for test automation.

This position requires an experienced, well organized and independent paralegal to provide support to the attorneys in the C&S group, particularly in M&A, PE, and capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to both U.S. and PRC law, with experience in legal research, due diligence, and cross-border transactions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• To draft, translate and proofread legal documents for a broad range of corporate finance transactions, such as IPO, joint ventures and more
• To assist with due diligence and verification
• To assist with pre-IPO restructuring deals as well as post-IPO on-going listing rules compliance advisory work
• To be responsible for general administrative duties and legal research
• Proofreading translations and amendments to documents

Principal Responsibilities

HSBC is accelerating its research effort on developing advanced computing methods including innovative classical, hybrid and quantum algorithms with a focus on applications within Financial Services. ▪ Update good receipt for each order

▪ Processing of invoices belonging to the orders she/he has created and/or are related to her/his

group of vessels

▪ Liaise between suppliers, relevant internal departments and vessels

▪ Other procurement tasks as delegated by the Procurement Manager

▪ Interacts with ships to identify and meet requirements / problem resolution and to accommodate

short lead-time orders

▪ Request and process vessel feedback on quality and timing of deliveries of goods and services

▪ Provide information to the Procurement Manager on various monthly / weekly reports as

relevant

▪ Coordinate with appointed freight forwarder and monitor stock list at regular intervals

▪ Ensure that Procurement policies and standard procedures are adhered to at all times

• The Procurement Executive reports to the Procurement Manager.

5. Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma or equivalent education with at least 2 years experience in Maritime industry
• Mature, meticulous, proactive, resourceful & hands-on
• Strong communication & negotiation skill - Good spoken English required
• Ability to prioritize workload & meet deadlines
• Good IT skill - Procurment operating system skill
• Good team player and able to work well under pressure in a fas-paced environment

Role Summary

The "SWIFT Service Bureau" (SB) group was created within the "IT Run" (IDS RUN) service to enable our client to be compliant as an official SWIFT Service Bureau. Its purpose is to perform tasks related to the production environments of all areas relating to the SWIFT and SIC/EUROSIC networks, including in particular application management, monitoring and 3rd level support.

Main Responsibilities

• Shares responsibilities with other actors in the Service Bureau team and acts as a backup when the expert of his domain is absent.
• Look after the service during Asian business hours.

Analysis, development and evaluation activities:

• Performs technical studies for the management of applications and for the realization of projects according to the norms and standards in force and respecting the established schedules.
• Follows the progress of the various projects and provide the progress of these projects.
• Must be able to explain the discrepancies and propose solutions to remedy them.
• Able to make an accurate and rapid diagnosis of the malfunction, then find the best way to remedy it.

Organisational, management and implementation activities:

• Ensures the good performance of the applications.
• Provide technical support with business and operations teams.
• Maintains and ensures the continuity of all SB’s applications.

Communication, contact, animation or sales activities:

• Develops and updates its level of technical expertise following contacts with specialists (office automation engineering, technical relationship with suppliers, contact with publishers or publishers' websites) and/or analysis of documents/products.

Financial and control activities:

• Organize the acceptance tests and production go live. May participate in the documentation and training of customer users.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in SWIFT related products and financial messaging.
• Knowledge of the role of integration engineer.
• Knowledge of SWIFT formats and messaging flows, management of application environments, techniques and infrastructure, tools around the technical support of applications in production.
• Sense of service to be rendered, rigor and pugnacity.
• Sense of customer service.
• Sense of responsibility and expertise in the technologies for which he/she is responsible.

Technical Skills:

• SWIFT FIN/FILEACT/INTERACT, SIX.
• XML:ISO2022.
• Database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Others: Webpshere MQ, Cryptography, Linux, Shell scripting.
